WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BRING INSIDE THE FESTIVAL?

  • No outside drinks allowed inside
  • No coolers allowed inside
  • No outside food allowed inside with the exception of snacks and fruit. Only for full weekend wristband holders in the, the amount of food is limited for 1 person inside the camping area.
  • No illegal drugs allowed inside
  • No weapons allowed inside
  • No drones allowed inside
  • No bad vibes allowed inside

Which airport do I need to fly to?

The local airport is San Jose del Cabo (SJD), just a one hour drive away from the festival site. Accommodation

What are the box office and main gate hours?

The box office and main gate will stay open from Friday March 24th at noon until Monday March 27th at 2:00am. 
RE-ENTRY IS ONLY ALLOWED TO FULL WEEKEND WRISTBAND HOLDERS. 1 day ticket holders are not allowed to re-enter and are not provided with a wristband.

Is there a video and photography policy?

Yes. By attending Apparitions Festival (the “Festival”) you consent to being filmed and or photographed, wherein your image, voice, and likeness may be used by Apparitions Festival for promotional purposes.
Any photograph or video taken at the Festival, whether in digital or analog format, is subject to a mandatory, non-exclusive license to Apparitions Festival for use in promotional purposes.
Any artwork or performances sponsored by the Festival or taking place on Festival grounds is also subject to a mandatory, non-exclusive license to Apparitions Festival for use in promotional purposes.

Is camping free?

Yes. Camping is at no extra cost, however, it is only allowed for full weekend pass holders.

Are there plenty of restrooms inside the festival?

Yes. We have plenty of portable restrooms.

Are there showers inside the festival and are they free?

Yes. Free showers are available inside the camping area, it is only allowed for full weekend pass holders.

Are there charging stations inside the festival?

Yes. Free charging stations are available for phones at no added cost.

Will there be restaurant food inside the festival?

Yes. Local restaurants are present to make sure you get to enjoy the best regional food in Mexico

Will there be alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for sale inside the festival?

Yes. 2 full bars are available selling beer, spirits, juices, and water. 

Are there lockers available?

No. If you are camping, we encourage you leave your valuables inside your vehicle and keep your tent always closed.

Is there a lost and found desk?

Yes. We will collect lost items at the box office located at the entrance of the festival; we hope you don't need to use it!

I do not like camping, where else can I stay?

There are many walking and non-walking distance options for you; we recommend you book in advance because they sell out rapidly. Accommodation

Is parking free?

Yes. Parking is completely free walking distance from the festival grounds.

Is there a shuttle from the airport to the festival?

Yes. A direct shuttle from San Jose del Cabo airport will be running during the weekend of the festival.  Shuttle reservation
